Delete Your Zinology Pro Account
Zinology Pro is operated by Zinology Ltd. This page explains how to delete your account and request deletion of associated app data.
If you can sign in, use the in-app deletion flow for the fastest route. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address linked to your studio account and we will help process the request.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to Zinology Pro.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Request by email
If you cannot access your account, email us and include the studio email address used for Zinology Pro. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting account data.

Account deletion is intended to remove your Zinology Pro account, studio profile data, client records, lash maps, consultation history, and stored photos or scan images associated with your account.
Some security, audit, backup, transaction, or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary, then deleted or anonymized according to our retention practices.
Processing timeframe
In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Email requests are reviewed by Zinology Ltd, and we aim to respond within 30 days after receiving enough information to verify and process the request.
